A Day Without End

So today has been long, not just got-out-of-bed-10-hrs-ago long but just long and tiring.. I feel like I do a lot of complaining about being tired. When really I have no right, I know marines, and full time mom's who have more of a right to say they are tired than I do. So really just discount that statement about being tired. But today has been long and I still have more to do.. like a math test.. I passed the last 2 but this one should be kinda sketchy. See I'm not the best at math, who am I kidding I'm not even in the top 45 percentile. *but that's ok cause my mommy still loves me.* So we are learning about surface area and volume and stuff like that and my theory is that if I want to know if the liquid in one container will fit in the other containers I'll just pick up the first one and pour it in.... so you see, no math required, but since I am going to be teaching children from other countries English the supreme state of NY thinks that I should have a basis in elementary math. It's kinda degrading really like this one set of problems we had to do for our homework, in the introduction to the problems it tells you that these problems were given to a group of 9 yr olds as a basic assessment. Then I proceed to maul over the problems for about 10 min. It makes me feel dumb. But once I get this all done with, I'll never have to see another math book again.... then after that test I have to go to the WMIR (World Missions In Review) meeting. That's gonna be fun cause Susan who is supposed to be in charge is stepping down but we don't know who is taking up the responsibility yet. and it's a BIG responsibility.. but not one that I have anything to do with so that's really ok just that if we don't find someone to be in charge, nothing will get done.. So I'll keep you up dated on that too. After the meeting, *if you thought my day was over think again.* I have belt testing for karate. but I'm not really testing for real. just kinda. I'm an orange belt but I don't have everything for my purple belt yet, cause I don't get to class regularly. but I should be testing the week after break hopefully.
